The HiTrack-Dispenser is an independent 2-channels reagent dispensing system for fully automated reagent dispensing onto microplates/deepwells, microtubes with continuous loading/unloading.

This system with a continuous belt conveyor combines distribution speed, precision and loading capacity. Its fully autonomous mode of operation facilitates its integration into a process and its use has been simplified to be usable by everyone.

The robotic part is based on a so-called collaborative arm, and can be associated with a scanner to maximize the protection of people. Without a user interface, simply flash via the barcode reader the type of fluid, the type of plate, as well as the distribution channel to automatically allocate the work to be done. A button on each microplate tower allows you to start a sequence.

The LEDs on each tower indicate the final status and the possibility of unloading the plates once they are filled. Its mode of operation and its distribution devices using few consumables generates a low cost of use.
