HIDispenser

HIDispenser

High Speed Liquid Filling

The HIDispenser is easily benchtop-fit and its intuitive user interface makes setup and programming easy. Fill your containers in seconds with excellent accuracy and reproducibility to speed up testing or kit production and increase productivity. Designed to be easy to use and customizable according to users, it offers an unparalleled level of performance to meet all the requirements for dispensing reagents, diluents, microbeads, etc. HIDispenser can be controlled with an on-board PC, offering very powerful configuration and programming. A "web server" connection allows it to be programmed on any workstation and to "upload" the protocols. The HIDispenser offers a low running cost.

HITrackdispenser

High speed liquids dispensing

The HITrackDispenser is a 1 to 3 independent manifold reagent dispensing system for fully automated reagent dispensing on microplates/Deepweels, with continuous loading/unloading. Each manifold can be associated with 8 different Solvents; This system, equipped with a conveyor, combines distribution speed, precision and loading capacity. Its fully autonomous mode of operation facilitates its integration into a process and its use has been simplified to be more usable by everyone. The robotic part is based on a so-called "collaborative" arm and can be associated with a scanner to maximize user protection and safety. It can be used by simple operator in mode without user interface, it is enough to flash via the barcode reader the type of fluid, the type of plate, as well as the distribution channels to automatically allocate the work to be done. A button on each tower of microplates allows you to start a sequence. The LEDs on each tower indicate the final status and the possibility of unloading the plates once the operation is complete.
